WAYFINDER ASSOCIATES

Wayfinder Associates offers expertise in project development, research, coaching and supervision, training, quality assurance, and event management and promotion. Wayfinder Associates provides a range of services, based on a solution focused approach, to support private businesses as well as voluntary and public sector organisations working in social care and the community.

Carolyn Barber BSc, CQSW founded Wayfinder Associates. She is a social care professional with twenty-five years of experience in public sector, voluntary and community services. Most recently, she has worked as a senior manager in a voluntary organisation enhancing the lives of over 1500 young people, each year, in Portsmouth and South East Hampshire. She established her independent consultancy in 2006. Her passion is realising dreams and the practical orchestration of visions.

GOLDEN YOGA

Golden Yoga is new energy yoga. Transforming base metals into gold is alchemy. The inner transformation is the alchemy of Golden Yoga. Different retreats, programmes and classes are offered to individuals, couples and groups. We embrace mental ease, physical comfort, emotional balance and soul remembrance with our fruit-of-the-rose creator solutions.

Teresa Golden BA, PGCE, FRYOG began her teaching career with English and Drama in schools before becoming a fully qualified yoga teacher in 1989. She taught yoga for festivals, schools, colleges, universities, government offices, community education, health authorities, and in her own Yoga Studio, throughout the nineties and into the early years of the new millennium. Golden Yoga began in 2003 evolving naturally from her life's work and experiences. It is her purpose and passion to teach the way to ascension shift the physical body during these times of planetary transition.

SIMA'S HOMECOOKING

Sima’s Homecooking delivers authentic homecooking. Speciality Indian, Italian and Thai dishes are offered as well as a range of delicious, home-baked puddings and special occasion celebration cakes.

Sima Ghosh is from the state of Tripura, near Assam, in the mountainous north east of India, and moved to Portsmouth, England in 2003. Sima is a passionate and creative cook. She is currently doing some research on regional Indian recipes for a book, about curries, in partnership with her Brighton based family business.

APOSITES

Aposites offers bespoke, visually rich websites incorporating animated or still graphics. Technical support is provided for every aspect of computing and the World Wide Web. A comprehensive gallery of photographic stock will be available for download soon.

Jan Fowler BA, MA is a website designer and the webmistress for New Energy Enterprise. She has been interested in art and creative patterning all her life. Jan became fascinated by website design, in the year 2000, whilst working at an architectural practice as an information technology administrator. In an epiphanic moment, she realised that she had found her passion. Jan takes remarkable digital photographs and provides unique multimedia websites, flyers and brochures. Jan has been the official photographer at hairdressing competitions and is available for event photograpby.
